What this website collects
This website does not use analytics cookies, advertising pixels, user accounts or a form database. Basic technical logs may be processed by the hosting provider to deliver and protect the website.
What happens when you use the form
The contact form prepares an email in your own mail application. Your details are not uploaded to this website. Once you send the message, normal email processing applies between your email provider and Smart Hiring EU.
Recruitment correspondence
Email correspondence and documents you choose to send may be used to answer your enquiry, assess a candidate or discuss a hiring project. To ask about access, correction or deletion of your information, contact agency@smarthiring.eu.
Candidate safety
Use agency@smarthiring.eu to verify unexpected messages or payment requests. Read the written offer carefully and confirm pay, schedule, accommodation, transport, documents and any candidate costs before travelling or transferring money.
